"From Friday, Nov. 11 through Monday, Nov. 14, Walgreens will honor those who serve our country with an offer of 20% off regularly priced store items," Walgreens spokeswoman Meredith Beer said in an email.

The offer will be available to all active duty military personnel and their families, he said.

"There are some restrictions," Beer said. The Walgreens Veterans Day military discount applies to in-store purchases only, and you must have a My Walgreens Rewards account.

Walgreens Rewards are not cash, so you must use them to shop at Walgreens You can redeem up to $50 in Walgreens Rewards per transaction or up to $100 in one day. When you want to redeem your Walgreens Cash Rewards, tell your Walgreens cashier. You will also need to enter your phone number or contactless check code from the app

You can only redeem Walgreens Cash Rewards in increments of $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10, $20 or $50.
